Here is your chance to
control the operations of a techincal consulting company
while increasing and managing growth!
Directly reporting to, working closely with and taking
direction from, the President and CEO
you will be responsible for implementing many aspects
of InfiniMed's consulting business. Your excellent
work will be reflected in a majority of lines on the
P&L.
Minimum Requirements (5 - 10 years in each
area):
- Healthcare
IT Consulting
- Recruiting
and managing
professsional and technical personel
- Selling
Consulting Services
- Selling
IT software tools
- GE Centricity Business experience either at IDX,
GE or a GE client(s)
- Familiarity with
InterSystems Corp. technologies
- Proficient with:
- Consulting business operations
- Business planning
- Business Plan execution
- Budget creation
- Contract negotiation
- Product Launch

- Project management
- Technical concepts
- Relationship building
- Creative Thinking
- Cost Savings

- Ability to do it all while you:
- Build relationships and lead employees
at all levels of the company
- Build external relationships to gain
opportunities for HIT consulting and software
sales
- Create innovative approaches and new
ideas to running, supporting and expanding
InfiniMed's services and products
- Sell those approaches and ideas to top
management and be able to achieve 100%
empoyee buy-in for execution
- Execute InfiniMed's business plan
- Create a management structure to support
InfiniMed's business
- Create InfiniMed organization chart
to support all aspects of SG&A and
consulting execution

- Have the ability to execute and lead:

- A
4 year college degree or advanced degree is required
- Must
be highly motivated to do quality work quickly and
accurately
- Must
be truly proactive and a self starter that
- Identifies
opportunities takes action to capitilize on
them
- Identifies
business deficiencies and designs creative approaches
to overcome them and implement change
- Must
be a true communicator both within InfiniMed and
externally with clients and prospective clients
- Must
be proficient with common business software and
practices (MS Office, email clients, time accounting,
status reporting)
- Must
be available to do what it takes to make InfiniMed
increasingly profitable
