Ensemble Programmer/Analyst

Must have experience with a full Ensemble implementation within the last two years . Must possess and provide Ensemble technology leadership with some or all of the following: coding, design, architecture and administration; creation of detailed reference architecture and operations guides including policies and procedures. Excellent project management, leadership, communication and documentation skills

Director of Consulting Services
(7-10+ years experience)

This is a hands on position that will work closely with the CEO and the Director of Sales and Marketing to define services and manage all aspects of our consulting services. This is your chance to build you own department and have a lot of input doing it.

The individual must be self starting, proactive, flexible, dependable, and capable of multi-tasking. Excellent customer service, communications skills, and solid analytical skills are required. Must be proficient with common business software (office, email, etc.)

Must possess excellent planning, relationship building, problem solving, communication and sales skills. Should have a network of work professionals on which to rely and network.

The Director should be able to idenitify, among current clients and with potential clients, opportunities to sell and upsell consulting and technical services. Must be able to define services that are valuable and marketable.

Will have a solid conceptual understanding of GE Centricity software suites and previous experience with several of the following:

• Flowcast – MCA, BAR, Sched VM/ADT & related modules
• Tools: Ent DBMS, Advanced Web, Ent Dictionaries, ETM, HCO, CFG, EFG, Interfaces, etc.
• EDI Tools: HIPAA, X.12, HL7, XML, eCommerce
• Reporting tools: Report Writer, SQL, Business Intelligence suite - Informatics/Analyzer, Technology Foundation Reporter

5+ years management experience and team building skills with teams of at least 5+ people.
